Dill Vinaigrette

Enjoy this light vinaigrette with your favourite salad or fresh spring vegetables.

Recipe: prep time 10 minutes

Yield: 250ml

2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

50ml White Balsamic Vinegar

2 tsp Honey

100ml Olive Oil

10g Fresh Dill, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a large mixing bowl add the Dijon mustard, vinegar and honey and mix. Slowly whisk in the olive oil then add the fresh dill and season with salt and pepper to taste.
